Assam Direct Recruitment 3.0 (ADRE 3.0) is the third edition of the Assam Government's centralised recruitment drive for government jobs across the state. Announced by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma, the initiative follows the successful completion of ADRE 1.0 and ADRE 2.0, under which more than 24,000 candidates have already been selected for Grade III and Grade IV vacancies across various government departments.

ADRE 2.0 cleared candidates are expected to receive their appointment letters by October 2025, after which the ADRE 3.0 recruitment process will formally begin. The new drive is expected to open approximately 16,000 fresh vacancies, offering a major opportunity for unemployed youth across Assam.
